Mexico has numerous and diverse culinary delights. All regions have there own specialties. Here is our interpretation of one of Mexico's much-loved dishes.
Look out for the 3 dried red chillies in this pack, however you can add more fresh chillies if you like it hotter!!
Other ingredients required:
1lb (450gm) minced beef
1 onion (chopped)
1 x 400gm tin chopped tomatoes
1 x 400 gm tin kidney beans ( washed & drained)
Fresh or Dried green Chillies, chopped (optional)
