Curry Sauce.

If you need to make a curry in a hurry then this is the spicefor you. It's easy to make and is ideal for chicken or using up leftover meats.
It makes lashings of curry sauce using tinned tomatoes and milk so plenty of nan breads are required for mopping up this delicious sauce.


Other ingredients you will require:
1 cup milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon sugar
14 oz can of tomatoes
salt to taste
