The lovely aromatic sauce is derived mainly from blended onions and tomatoes with the unmistakable flavour of fenugreek and chilli pulling at your taste buds.


Other ingredients you will require:
500g chicken breast or beef (diced)
2 onions (chopped)
6 tablespoons water
8 tablespoons vegetable oil
400gm tin of tomatoes
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt to taste

Be careful not to eat the 3 dried chillies in the spice pack.
