Characterized as a "Royal" dish as this curry has a lovely rich and creamy sauce.
This dish is especially complemented served with saffron spiced rice,and the addition of flaked almonds are a personal choice.
Other Ingredients Required:-
500g lamb or braising steak (diced)
1 large onion sliced
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 tablespoons natural yoghurt
225 ml of warm water
150ml single cream
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon ground almonds (optional)
