Rogan Josh uses a large quantity of spices and so, as you would expect, it is full of delicious mouthwatering flavours. This is our version of this most delicious meal.
Lots of sauce based on tomatoes with added fresh cream and coriander to enhance the flavour even further.
Other ingredients you will require:
2 lb (1kg) meat
2 tbspns chopped coriander leaves
3 tbspns butter
14oz tin of tomatoes
1 tbspn tomato puree
2-4 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 large onion (sliced)
90ml (3fl oz) double cream
125ml (4fl oz) warm water
salt to taste
