Balti Chicken.
Details
Balti dishes are named after the pan they are traditionally cooked in and our version is a deliciously medium spiced dish with a tang of tomatoes!
Bengal Balti.
This is a lovely smooth and deliciously creamy version of a balti and is made using mango chutney and fresh cream. Tinglingly spicy and will leave you nan bread dipping for more!
Bhoona.
A tomato and coconut based curry which is an excellent dish to prepare as an introduction to Indian food as it is deliciously mild on the palette.
Biryani.
An impressive rice dish requiring careful cooking on the hob but can also be cooked in the oven. A dazzling dish to serve to those special dinner guests.
Bombay Potatoes.
Although this dish was almost unknown in India a few years ago "Bombay Aloo" has become a very popular side dish in UK curry houses.
Ceylonese Curry.
This medium spiced dish combines deliciously distinctive spice flavours with creamy coconut milk and can be made with chicken, beef or lamb.
